The Inn as we and the locals call it, is a Grade II listed lime stone building, overlooking the pretty village green of Ingham, only a 8 mile drive from the historic city of Lincoln.
This little hideaway in the Lincolnshire countryside, has been plying its trade under the present owners Sarah & Andrew since 2005.
Lincolnshire is a fantastic place for local food produce of all types and we take great care in choosing the best to serve at The Inn on the Green hence we make our own bread, pate, ice cream and more....

We are looking for an experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage a small team of staff when the Manager is not present. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and Restaurant ensuring that all guests are served promptly and courteously, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering supplies, cashing up, taking bookings and some cellar work. This would be a 5 day week to include weekends and some evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise all front of house staff.
- Maintaining a good working cellar (training can be given).
- Organise special events and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
