Resin/rubber safety surfacing floor layer
We are looking to add a resin bound gravel/rubber crumb layer to add to our growing Surfacing & Coatings division due to our expansion in the industry.
This is a key position with excellent future prospects, as we are looking for a candidate to not only help deliver our current portfolio of projects, but help expand our business model.
The successful candidate will have experience in laying various resin products, be motivated and looking for a new challenge.
The ideal applicant will be a strong team player with confident communication skills.
The Individual should ideally be based in the Essex area.
Purpose:
To undertake all tasks as indicated to them by the supervisor/manager ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key Tasks:
- Follow instructions delivered from the manager / supervisor
- Setting out mixing areas.
- Adhere to all aspects of Health & Safety
- Operate plant where applicable
- Set up working area accordingly
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Other such responsible duties as instructed by the manager / supervisor.
Qualifications required:
Experience and knowledge:
- Experienced resin bound gravel layer would be ideal.
- Experienced rubber crumb layer would be ideal.
- Experience in laying Mma and epoxy coatings would be beneficial.
- Installation of edging, Aluexcel, Pin kerbs, block & kerb edgings, block paving etc.is desirable but not essential.
- Landscaping experience
- Groundworking experience, machine driving is desirable but not essential.
Attitude and skills:
- Professional in approach with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work within a team and under own initiative.
- Good communication skills
