KCS Group SIA Door Supervisor Recruitment
Due to a specific client requirement, we are currently seeking Welsh speaking Door Supervisors who are UK born or fully fluent in both Welsh and English, for placements within high pressure licensed venues.
Role Requirements at KCS Group
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Required)
- Physically suitable for high-pressure venues (6ft 2+ preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years security experience
- Valid First Aid Certificate (Required)
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle is essential
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Willing to join the Car Share Team (paid car shares receive automatic priority in shift selection)
- Suitable commuting distance to our Cardiff & Bristol venues
- Weekly and fortnightly payment options available
- Early wage scheme available
- Must be professional, reliable, disciplined, and presentable
- Work includes nightclubs, bars, festivals, and high-pressure licensed venues
