John Good Ltd is a premier UK printer and publisher, with mailing and distribution capabilities. We deliver experience, support and solutions for all your printed needs.
We have a vacancy to join our account management team as a Programme Manager, based in our Rugby office.
WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMME MANAGER?
Our Programme Managers are exceptional organisers, facilitators and project managers. They are great listeners and relationship builders. They are on top of the work they are doing today, whilst always keeping an eye on next week, next month and next year. They keep up to date with the theatre and print world, remaining alert to new commercial opportunities for the organisation. They work as a team, proactively supporting each other.
Acting as the conduit between the business and a wide arts customer base, the Programme Manager’s main objective is to facilitate the publication of theatre programmes – from receiving an initial brief, gathering and organising content, proofing and receiving amendments right through to sign-off and beyond. This is a deadline-driven role where customer service, time management, print knowledge and attention to detail are key.
If you have a keen interest in the arts, proven account management skills and have worked in print, publishing or customer-focused roles, we’d love to hear from you.
