Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at a vibrant and cool establishment. We are a late-night, 80s adult themed cocktail bar with a strong emphasis on quality of drinks and service. We require people to be able to cope with the long nights and consistently perform to high standards throughout.
Candidates should be aware that our closing times are 2am everyday and finishing times consist of around 2:45am
Responsibilities
- Perform well under pressure and maintain consistency and quality throughout service
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations to highest level
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to allergen safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
- Provide customers with a fun and memorable service experience to go along with the unique aesthetic of the venue
Requirements
- A friendly and passionate personality
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is a must!
- Knowledge of basic cocktail making
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £13.25-£13.75 per hour
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
