We’re Hiring – Workshop & Site Crew (Cruck Tent)
Cruck Tent is looking for a practical, physical, hands-on individual to join our team, building and installing our timber-framed tent structures across the UK.
The role includes:
- Building and assembling wooden structures in our workshop/warehouse
- Using hand and power tools
- Travelling to sites and installing structures at festivals and events across the UK
- Working at height as part of the installation process
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys hands-on work
- Is comfortable working outdoors and travelling
- Is confident working at height (or willing to learn)
- Has experience in woodworking, construction, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a full UK driving licence (preferred)

Location: Glastonbury/ Westhay, Somerset (with travel across the UK)
Start date: Immediate
Pay: £13–£18/hour (depending on experience)
