About the Role:
The Visual Producer will be responsible for overseeing the visual and interior side of retail projects; including new store openings, store refurbishments and creative and seasonal installations. They will lead the project from initial concept, through design, production and installation, working cross functionally to ensure each project delivers as seamlessly as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally with Head of Visual, Interior Designer and external partners to ensure visual related projects run efficiently and effectively.

Support Head of Visual and Interior Designer with the sourcing and procurement of furniture, rugs and lifestyle elements for new and existing stores as needed.

Liaise with external suppliers on bespoke FF+E for new and existing stores.

Support the Head of Visual with the sourcing and production of the in-store VM kit, understanding requirements per store based on general arrangement.

Support Head of Visual and Interior Designer with the sourcing of customer facing items such as umbrella stands, glassware, crockery etc.

Track budgets across live projects, ensuring these are kept up to date and responsible for sharing finalised budgets upon project completion.

Liaise with the Accounts team to manage invoices and payments relating to visual projects.

Liaise with the logistics team on the delivery of FF+E and Visual items across projects. Helping to ensure the schedule is managed efficiently.

Align with the Property Team, Interior Designer and Head of Visual on the visual delivery schedule for new store openings and store refurbishments.

Attend all store design meetings across projects, capturing necessary visual requirements and adapting schedules and deliveries as required.

Ability to travel where needed for new store openings and refurbishments as well as visual creative projects.

Support the Head of Visual with the organisation and management of the calendar of in store seasonal / creative activations and installs. Including Christmas, Chelsea and Belgravia in Bloom and seasonal window updates.

Adapt the calendar of seasonal activations for our US stores, to reflect their calendar/US specific holidays.

Support the Head of Visual with the planning and organisation of visual requirements for longer term pop ups.

Communicate effectively with Store Managers and wider Store teams to ensure key stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Support the Head of Visual with implementing proven processes and ways of working to reduce friction points and cultivate a collaborative and positive cross functional team culture.
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work cross functionally with both internal teams and external partners.
- Strong budget management capabilities.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential.
- Adaptability and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines effectively.
- Must be able to travel to store locations where and when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with Adobe Suite / CAD software preferred but not essential.
