We are looking for a passionate and reliable Kitchen Assistant/Chef to support our nursery in delivering our nutritional food throughout the day,.
You must have:
- Drive for excellence
- Be caring and have experience in food hygiene
- Eager to learn to develop nutritional food for the day
- The ability to be flexible to the daily needs of the nursery including allergens
- Effective communication and listening skills to met the needs of the families
- An understanding and caring approach to all of those in the Little Angels family
Ideally you will also have a full and relevant Food Hygiene qualification (minimum Level 2) and experience in working in a commercial kitchen. You will be confident in managing your own time, ordering your food supplies and following requirements to prepare food in a safe environment.
Your hours of work can be flexible but must be between the hours of 9.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday, and ideally a minimum of 27.5 per week.
Safeguarding and Paediatric first aid are desirable, but training can be provided.
