Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Resolving invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting month end processes and reporting
- Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
About You
- Minimum of 2 year's experience within a credit control or an accounts receivable role
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
