We are seeking an experienced, high-calibre professional for a dual-focus role split between Executive Personal Support and Recruitment across the North West. This position acts as the engine for both the Director's business and private life. Half your time will be spent driving growth in a fast-paced business by managing full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles. The other half will be dedicated to seamless lifestyle management, taking charge of the Director's corporate travel and the children's daily logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard a wide range of roles from yard operatives and HGV drivers to sales, administration and senior staff.
- Driving Duties: Drive the Director safely across the North West region to business meetings, operational sites, and transit hubs.
- Family Logistics: Take full ownership of the children’s weekly schedules, ensuring safe and punctual transport to school and extracurricular activities.
- Calendar Integration: Manage complex schedules, seamlessly blending business commitments with family timetables to prevent conflicts.
- Ad-Hoc Errands: Handle personal shopping, household coordination and day-to-day lifestyle tasks as required.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant alongside at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Proven Recruiter: Solid experience managing the recruitment lifecycle for diverse job types (industrial, logistics, or corporate sales experience is highly valued).
- Exceptional Driver: A clean, valid UK driving licence with absolute confidence navigating North West motorways and local networks safely.
- Organisational Master: Natural ability to manage multiple moving parts, from interview schedules to children's activities.
- Total Discretion: High emotional intelligence and absolute trustworthiness when handling confidential family and business affairs

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
