We are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in the CV6 area of Coventry. This is a night shift position, working 22:00 - 06:00, with an attractive pay rate of £14.62 per hour.
As a Reach Truck Operative, your main responsibilities will include:
Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
Moving and storing stock in designated warehouse locations
Loading and unloading goods
Moving pallets around the warehouse
Completing stock movements and ensuring goods are stored correctly
Picking and replenishing stock when required
Working safely around other warehouse operatives and equipment
Following all site health and safety procedures
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
Supporting with general warehouse duties when required
A valid, in-date Reach Truck certificate is essential
In-house Reach Truck certificates cannot be accepted
You must be able to provide evidence of your Reach Truck certification
Previous experience operating a Reach Truck in a warehouse environment is required
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working a permanent night shift pattern
Please note: You MUST hold a valid, in-date Reach Truck certificate issued by an accredited training provider. In-house certificates will NOT be accepted for this position.
