Warehouse Operative / Picking Line Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role
Promet UK is looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role working on our aluminium can picking line, where quality is our priority.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for removing unwanted waste materials from the picking line to ensure a clean, high-quality aluminium product is produced for our customers. When not working on the picking line, you will assist with general warehouse duties, cleaning, and labouring tasks to maintain the high standards expected across the site.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established recycling business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the aluminium can picking line, removing waste contaminants to maintain product quality.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the warehouse and production areas.
- Carry out general labouring duties as required.
- Support the wider warehouse team with operational tasks.
- Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any issues affecting quality, safety, or production to the supervisor.
