The Role:
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor to help lead the daily operations across both Franks and The Blue Room. You’ll be a key point of contact on shift - supporting the front-of-house team, keeping service running smoothly, and making sure guests have a brilliant experience, every time.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee service in both the restaurant and cocktail bar
- Support and motivate the front-of-house team during busy shifts
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Troubleshoot issues and keep calm under pressure
- Open and close the venue as required, including cash handling and reporting
- Work closely with the management team to implement systems and drive service standards
- Help with staff training and support day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant, bar, or hybrid venue)
- A natural people person who leads by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A cool head in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A love for good food, great drinks, and great service
- Must be organised, reliable, and confident handling responsibility
- Personal Licence (desirable but not essential)
