Tezlom is looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead the charge in our client's exciting venture.

This is a care franchise; therefore we are looking for someone who can work with the main Franchisor and oversee the growth and development of a Homecare Branch that provides care to clients across the region, so you will receive constant support from their network, as well as the main Franchisor

- Experienced in Domiciliary Care/Homecare
- Experience in CQC Inspections
- Ability to tend and understand how to grow a branch
- Someone who can collaborate with the Franchisor
What You’ll Need to Rock This Role:
- Registered Manager qualification. Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or degree in a relevant Health and social care areas of training.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector, with a track record of delivering quality care services.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driver with access to own vehicle
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in domiciliary care.
- A passion for delivering person-centered care and improving the lives of others.
