We are looking for several enthusiastic individuals with experience in retail industry to join our store on a permanent basis. Successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about retail and customer service, previous experience is preferable but not essential.
Position: Shopfloor General Assistant
Location: Colindale (NW9)
Contract: Full time

Salary: £12.50/hr

About the Role
As a General Assistant, it will include duties such as selling and replenishing products, serving customers on the tills, assisting the supervisors and store managers in maintaining the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service including dealing with customer’s queries and complaints
- Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company’s standards
- Operating the tills, handling payments including refunds
- Actively involving in receiving deliveries which include heavy lifting
- Prepping and packing products according to the Company’s guidelines
- Keeping up to date with product information
- Undertaking any other reasonable activity, as may be required by senior management
Requirements:
- Able to read and speak Chinese - Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to carry out hands on tasks and heavy lifting
- Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK (without sponsorship)
