Eco Happy Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to help grow the air conditioning side of our business.
You'll be joining an established in-house sales team in our Wakefield office, working in a friendly, supportive and growing company with excellent earning potential.
Commission only and salary based roles both available.
OTE £35,000 - £45,000
About the Role :
Office-based position at our Wakefield bas
5 days per week with 2 days off (rota may include Monday to Sunday)
Free on-site parking
No customer home visits required
All customer surveys are completed via video call and customer-submitted photos
Full training and ongoing support provided
Key Responsibilities :
Speak with customers about their domestic air conditioning requirements
Follow up enquiries and convert them into sales
Prepare quotations
Build strong customer relationships
Work closely with our established in-house sales team
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous sales experience is essential
✔ Confident and professional telephone manner
✔ Self-motivated and target-driven
✔ Organised with excellent communication skills
✔ Able to work well as part of a team
✔ Air conditioning or HVAC knowledge is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
