Your Role
Our EHCP Team at Stockport Council is looking for an Education Health and Care plan (EHCP) Plan Writer to join us on a temporary 2-year contract.
The successful candidate will support colleagues in the EHCP service to draft clear, child and outcome focused EHC plans for children and young people aged 0-25.
This is a challenging and busy role within a friendly team.
About You
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have experience of working with children and young people with special educational needs and their families and have good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail.
