We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our new pub in Dalston. The Black Eel is under the stewardship of Exale whose brewery has been established in Blackhorse Road since 2019. This is a unique opportunity to work with a brewery directly and start from the ground up to help shape our pub.
Located moments away from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations, we're building something special in Dalston: a buzzing, welcoming space with Exale's signature selection of finely crafted beers, killer cocktails, and rotating events - from speed dating and quiz nights to local collaborations.
Founded in 2019, Exale has quickly become one of London’s most exciting breweries. With the Black Eel having opened last year bringing our total sites to four this is an incredible opportunity to join us. We need someone to take the helm at this exciting new venue and grow with us!
