Key Responsibilities
- Provide general help and support to individuals or families based on agreed tasks
- Assist with light household tasks, errands, or organisation
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and friendly support
- Help with short-term or one-off requests as needed
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients
- Carry out tasks safely, responsibly, and with care

- Friendly, approachable, and dependable
- Good communication skills in English
- Organised and able to manage time effectively

- Experience
- No formal qualifications required
- Life experience, kindness, and a helpful nature are valued
- Experience helping others (professionally or personally) is a bonus but not essential
