The Job & Ideal Candidate:
Shires Estate & Letting Agents are looking for an experienced, driven and hard-working Lettings Valuer/Senior Lettings Negotiator, with a proven track record and ability to generate instructions, within our established centralised lettings office, covering eight branch locations, reporting to the Head of Lettings.
The candidate will be responsible for attending valuations for properties we have previously let in the past, carrying out property compliance checks, following up and winning instructions, managing those instructions through to listing on the market and generating their own stream of valuation opportunity, alongside coaching the other members of the lettings department towards the same goals.
You must be positive, tenacious, persuasive and competitive whilst being skilled in communication, selling, time management and being a team player. A strong eye for compliance, and attention to detail is essential.
Experience of the property lettings or sales environment will be essential.

The Package:
The basic salary is between £25,000 & £28,000 with realistic OTE of £45k+.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 and alternate Saturdays 9:00 - 1:00 (although the current rota is 1 in 3 Saturdays). Where the Saturday is worked, the time off in lieu is taken during the week.
