Join one of Scotland's leading Property Factoring & Management businesses and focus on what you do best – managing properties and delivering excellent service to homeowners.
We are looking for a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our Glasgow team, managing a varied portfolio of residential developments across the Central Belt.
If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service and take pride in providing a professional property management service, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you are an established Property Manager looking to progress your career, or a more experienced candidate seeking a Senior Property Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with homeowners, resident groups, contractors and colleagues to deliver a high standard of property management service.
What makes this opportunity different is the level of support available. Unlike many property management roles, you won't be expected to manage every aspect of the portfolio alone. We have key support functions centralised within dedicated teams, including business support, sales, finance, insurance and compliance. Working alongside these specialist teams allows you to focus on client relationships, service delivery, property inspections and problem-solving, rather than administrative tasks.
If you have experience within the property industry, a good understanding of factoring and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, you'll find a supportive environment, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to build a long-term career with Speirs Gumley / James Gibb.
