Job Summary:
KF General Services Ltd is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee building services, maintenance, and workplace operations. This role is ideal for an organised leader who can manage service teams, contractors, and facilities standards effectively.
What you'll do:
- Lead and supervise the facilities team to ensure effective daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee repair and servicing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the premises.
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Analyse schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues with equipment or systems.
- Utilise programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and system optimisation where applicable.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to across all facility operations.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities management, building services, maintenance, or operations.
- Previous team or contractor management experience.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites, services, or priorities.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: £3,700.00-£5,200.00 per month
