Salary: £14.08 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations within our fast-paced e-commerce environment. Working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you will lead a team of packers to ensure orders are accurately packed, quality standards are maintained, and dispatch deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of packing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure all orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
- Monitor productivity and workflow, making adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and returns
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area
- Report on shift performance, issues, and improvements
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or e-commerce setting
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
