Head of Corporate Art Sales (Fully Remote, Commission-Led)
Raw Art | London, UK (Remote, Open to All Countries)
About RAW
RAW is the studio of Buki Koshoni, a London-based fine art and photography practice with over 25 years of commercial and gallery experience. Buki is a Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize finalist (National Portrait Gallery), a GoSee Awards Gold Medal winner (presented by Rankin in Berlin), and a Central Saint Martins-trained visual artist whose work has featured in Vanity Fair, The Sunday Times, and the British Journal of Photography. Commercial clients include Adidas, Sony Music, Universal Records, H&M, Revolut, JD Sports, Cambridge Audio, and Bulgari.
RAW is now building out its corporate art division: fine art and photography for offices, hospitality, healthcare, hotels, restaurants, and public spaces. This is a real, credentialed, sellable body of work. What we need is someone who can get it in front of the right buyers and close.

The Role
We're hiring a Head of Corporate Art Sales to own and grow the corporate art vertical from the ground up. This is not a gallery assistant role and not a generalist art advisory position. We need someone who has actually closed corporate art deals before, ideally with art consultancies, interior design firms, hotel groups, or corporate real estate and workplace teams, and can prove it.
You'll be building relationships with art consultants and interior designers (the primary gatekeepers to corporate buyers), pitching directly to hospitality and hotel groups, restaurant groups, and corporate HQs, and managing the sales pipeline from first outreach through to signed contract and installation handoff.
This role is fully remote. You can be based anywhere in the world, provided you can work with UK & Global clients and collaborate across time zones as needed.
What You'll Do
- Build and run outbound and relationship-led sales pipelines targeting art consultants, interior designers, architects, hotel and hospitality groups, and corporate real estate/workplace teams
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and handoff to production and installation
- Represent RAW's credentials, portfolio, and commercial track record with the professionalism a corporate buyer expects (this is B2B sales, not gallery-style selling)
- Negotiate trade discounts and pricing structures with consultants and designers in line with industry norms
- Maintain a clean, trackable pipeline (CRM or structured spreadsheet) with clear forecasting
- Feed market intelligence back to the studio: what corporate buyers want, what's converting, what isn't.
What We Need From You
- Proven, provable experience closing corporate art sales specifically. General art sales, gallery experience, or design industry experience alone is not enough. We need named deals, revenue figures, or verifiable references showing you've sold fine art into corporate, hospitality, healthcare, or hotel environments before.
- A working network of, or a demonstrated ability to build relationships with, art consultants, interior designers, and corporate procurement or workplace teams
- Strong understanding of how corporate art purchasing actually works: long sales cycles, budget and logistics-driven decisions, trade discount structures, and the reality that consultants and designers are the real gatekeepers, not the end client
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You'll be representing a 25-year, award-winning practice, so the tone and professionalism of your outreach matters
- Self-starter who can build a pipeline and manage it independently in a fully remote, commission-driven role
- Comfortable working across time zones with a London-based studio
Please note: this role requires strong, provable experience. We will ask for specifics (client names where possible, deal values, references) as part of the process.
Compensation
This is a commission-led role structured to reward top performers at the highest end of the industry.
- 25% commission on all closed corporate art sales, uncapped
- Rising to 30% on individual deals above £50,000
- Rising to 35% on landmark accounts, multi-year corporate collection contracts, or hospitality group-wide rollouts
- Commission paid on both sourced and studio-referred leads that you close
- No cap on earnings. Your pipeline, your close rate, your income
- Open to discussing a modest monthly retainer for the right candidate with an existing, active book of corporate art relationships
