About This Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a 17-year-old young man with complex healthcare needs within his own home. He is a friendly, talkative and sociable young man who enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves football and supports Aston Villa and Nottingham County, as well as playing Xbox and socialising.
The ideal candidate will be calm, attentive and reliable, with the ability to remain alert to our client's needs throughout the night. You will be required to monitor him while he sleeps and respond appropriately should his needs change.
The role also involves supporting with medication and overnight respiratory care. Full client-specific clinical training will be provided where required.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting adults with complex healthcare needs is desirable.
Where required, specialist clinical training will be provided by our highly skilled, in-house nursing team.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be comfortable working overnight shifts.
- Be confident working independently and following personalised care routines.
- Be comfortable working in a family home with pets.
We do not hold a sponsorship licence and are therefore unable to consider applicants requiring sponsorship.
