Job type: Weekend hours, Permanent and temporary
Working Pattern: 6 hours+ (Friday evenings, Saturday day times and evenings and Sunday day time)

Job Description:
- Working busy weekend shifts to ensure that our team are happy and thriving, our customers are happy and receiving the full HART experience and that the business is meeting its goals
- Ensure that we are serving the best food and cocktails in the Midlands
- Meeting sales and profitability targets
- Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
- Creating a positive, very friendly and super fun work environment
- Over seeing the cleanliness of staff and the physical bar area and paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations
- You will have the opportunity to create new dishes and cocktails for our ever changing menus
