Fire Alarm Engineer
We are a friendly, family-run business looking for a dependable, hardworking and experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical experience in fire alarm installation and servicing who is looking to become a valued, long-term member of our team.
The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding of fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial, educational and hospitality sites throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire.
The role will involve working both independently and as part of our engineering team, providing a professional and reliable service to our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with fire alarm systems
- Experience in fire alarm installation and servicing
- Good understanding of fire alarm systems and associated equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and willing to work as part of a growing business
Desirable
- Experience with addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
- Emergency lighting experience
- Fault-finding and diagnostic experience
- Relevant fire alarm industry qualifications or training
