Baby Room Practitioner – Woodland Nursery, Kersey Mill, Suffolk
Are you a warm, nurturing and passionate Early Years Practitioner who loves supporting babies as they explore the world around them?
If so, we’d love you to join our Woodland Nursery family, set in the stunning Suffolk countryside within the beautiful grounds of Kersey Mill.
At our unique, nature-inspired nursery, we believe every child should have the chance to grow and thrive surrounded by kindness, curiosity, and the great outdoors. We are now looking for a special person to join our Baby Room team, where every giggle, cuddle, and first milestone truly matters.
What We Offer
- A choice of contracts: 37.5 hours or 40 hours per week
- Working Monday to Friday between 8am – 5.30pm

About You
You are someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
- Has a genuine passion for supporting babies’ development and wellbeing
- Can create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Works well within a team and communicates with warmth and professionalism
- Brings positivity, patience, and a sense of fun to every day
