We are looking for a qualified Mot Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting MOT tests on vehicles, ensuring that they meet the legal standards set by the government. The Mot Tester will also be responsible general servicing and repairs, The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive systems and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet the required safety standards.
- Test vehicle systems, such as brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Conduct emissions tests and identify any faults.
- Perform road tests to check for any issues with the vehicle's performance.
- Provide advice on necessary repairs or modifications to ensure the vehicle meets the required safety standards.
- Record all test results and document any necessary repairs or modifications.
- Servicing & Light repairs in workshop along side Testing , team player
