Conveyancers / Solicitors / Licensed Conveyancers – Hybrid | £35,000 - £65,000 + bonuses
About the Role:
As a Conveyancer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You’ll join a forward-thinking firm that values its people, rewards success, and offers genuine work-life balance.
Depending on performance, this role has the potential to evovle into a Head of Conveyanving position, where we will dedicate to build your own conveyancing team for you to supervise, lead and manage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership
- Managing your own caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision
- Maintaining high standards of client care and legal service
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex files
- Excellent client communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for property law
- Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive preferred
