Cleveland Clinic London is seeking Dual-Registered Adult & Paediatric Nurses to join our Bank team. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to both adult and young adult patients (aged 16–17 years).
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. You will provide evidence-based nursing care in line with Cleveland Clinic London policies, procedures, values, and professional standards, while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
As a member of the Bank Team, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across a range of inpatient and outpatient services, supporting both adult and paediatric patient pathways while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, experience and clinical excellence.
Working as part of the Bank Team as a Staff Nurse means you may have the opportunity to work across departments including:

What will your duties include?
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL’s established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Prioritise nursing care, recognise deterioration in a patient’s condition and escalate to the senior nursing team/clinicians immediately.
- Act as advocate for patients at all times, whilst ensuring a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care and having a regard for their beliefs and customs.
- Recognise, respond to and appropriately manage emergency situations.
- Safely administer medication.
- Maintain a high standard of care and give courteous reception to all patients and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with patients and fellow caregivers appropriately at all times
- Report/escalate any incidents immediately to senior staff.
What we need from you?
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RN Adult).
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RN Child).
- Nursing Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Significant post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting.
- Experience caring for both adult and paediatric patients.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
