Part Time Position
We are looking for a Barback / Trainee Bartender to join our award winning restaurant team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career behind the bar. You will support our bartenders during busy services while learning cocktail making, bar operations and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting bartenders during service
- Restocking beers, wines, spirits and mixers
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
- Collecting and washing glassware
- Preparing garnishes and bar supplies
- Supporting the front of house team when required
- Learning cocktail preparation and bar service standards
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Fluent English required
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- No sponsorship available
- Must be available every Friday and Saturday
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
