Location: Bury - Manchester
We are looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse First Line Manager to join our operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team of warehouse colleagues, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and a strong culture of safety and engagement.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor or team leader looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced logistics environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational targets

Drive a culture of health, safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with all site procedures and legislation

Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, quality and service KPIs are achieved

Monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training and regular feedback

Conduct performance reviews, absence management and return-to-work discussion

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operational performance

Manage resources effectively to meet changing customer demands and business requirements
