Support the implementation and optimisation of smart building technologies to enhance operational efficiency across the portfolio.
Due Diligence & Compliance Maintain meticulous engineering records, ensuring all maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation are accurately recorded and readily accessible. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement safe working practices in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
One Team Approach Collaborate effectively with colleagues across shifts, facilities management teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless 24-hour operational coverage. Share knowledge, best practices, and critical handover information to maintain continuity of service between shifts. Actively contribute to team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of efficient working practices.
Value Delivery Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and enhanced service delivery during each shift. Proactively communicate with clients and building occupants, providing excellent customer service and building strong working relationships. Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) through consistent high-quality delivery.
