We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Night Shift Operative to join our team. This role involves managing the smooth flow of goods during the overnight hours, ensuring that all Meat products are handled efficiently and safely and to a high standard. As a Night Shift Operative, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity within our Factory environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working during the night, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team producing Customers orders to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare and label customers orders to a high standard with attention to accuracy and quality control standards
Experience
- Previous experience working in a Food environment would be an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail for quality control, picking, packing, and stock management tasks
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining productivity and safety standards
