- Liaise closely with our Head Office, Prolog and Wayfindr warehouse teams to coordinate logistics, dispatch and delivery, including US trade orders.
- Manage trade returns, exchanges and refunds across UK and international orders, ensuring an efficient and customer-focused resolution.
- Resolve delivery queries, issues and complaints promptly and professionally, taking ownership through to resolution.
- Work closely with the Trade Account Manager to plan and coordinate logistics for trade events, installations and other special projects.
- Maintain accurate order and delivery information and ensure relevant teams are kept up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and make the trade order and delivery experience more efficient.
- Keep up to date with international shipping processes and regulations.
- Support the operations team across the business as required.

- Strong customer communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good commercial awareness, balancing cost, timing and customer needs.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, order-management systems, shipping and other digital platforms.
