This is a full-time position offering genuine breadth: you will work with an extensive range of clients spanning multiple sectors, ensuring your experience is varied, practical and commercially relevant from the outset.
Key responsibilities
Throughout the programme, the Management Trainee will:
- Support and manage relationships with clients across a broad spectrum of industries
- Build practical expertise in sales, marketing, business development and customer relations
- Work closely with senior managers to gain insight into strategic and operational decision-making
- Assume growing responsibility over time, including account ownership and mentoring junior colleagues
- Participate in the daily running of the business to develop a complete operational understanding
- Prepare for advancement into a management position with responsibility for your own team and client base
