Job Title: Track Staff
Location: Harlow Greyhound stadium
Starting Salary: £13 -£14 ph. depending on experience
Hours: 12 hours per week
Contract: Part-time Permanent
Harlow Greyhound stadium is a local independent family run business who have been racing for over 25 years. The current owners took over in the early 2000's and the stadium has gone from strength to strength, now hosting 6 meetings a week.

You will be working as part of a team to deliver safe greyhound racing in a friendly environment. Ensuring GBGB (Greyhound Board Great Britain) and local rules of racing are followed at all times.
Your duties during your shift will include but not limited to;
- Maintaining and presenting the racing surface
- Ensuring the safety of greyhounds, staff and trainers
- Groundwork
- Maintenance of plant & machinery
- Maintenance projects
All relevant training will be provided
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable not essential)
- Tractor driving ( training can be provided)
- Qualification in Animal Welfare (desirable not essential)

Shifts
Weekly rota:
- Variable shift pattern - minimum 12 hours a week
- Plus additional shifts for holiday/sickness cover
Due to the location, the successful candidate must live within walking/cycling distance or have access to a reliable car
*Additional shifts maybe available during busy periods*
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
