Vanax is a leading supplier and installer of commercial vehicle accessories, working with businesses across the UK to deliver bespoke van conversion solutions for their fleets. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow.
This is a key position within the business, acting as the link between our customers and operational departments. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to completion. We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a busy environment where attention to detail matters.
The Role
As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of our sales office and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Supporting customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure work is scheduled and completed efficiently
- Processing sales-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and proactive manner
- Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative activities as required
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in sales administration, fleet administration, account coordination or a similar role
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail
- A positive, professional and solutions-focused attitude
- Confidence when working independently and as part of a team
- Competency across Microsoft Office applications
Experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle, fleet or transport sectors would be advantageous. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is keen to learn. You don't need to be an expert in commercial vehicles from day one, but you should have a genuine interest in understanding our products, customers and industry.

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 4.45pm
Friday: 7.30am - 3.30pm
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
