Responsibilities

- Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations to ensure safe meal preparation and serving practices.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations.
- Manage ingredient inventory, monitor freshness, and communicate supply needs to ensure seamless service.
- Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment focused on quality and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of sushi-making techniques, including knife skills, fish handling, and rice preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks related to meal preparation and serving.
- Prior experience in serving or interacting with customers is a plus.
