The Role
We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our day-to-day operations, providing efficient service with high standards across our coffee offering, customer service, and team performance. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team in a busy environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Service
- Oversee daily service, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain BLAS coffee and customer experience standards
- Lead by example during service
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the team
- Develop training programs specific to each team member's goals
Quality Control
- Work alongside our Head Barista to standardise recipes and workflow
- Maintain equipment standards and cleaning schedules
- Ensure all drinks meet BLAS standards
Organisation
- Manage inventory and minimise waste
- Implement efficient systems for inventory management
What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about speciality coffee
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Comfortable working in busy environments
- Maintain a positive demeanour under pressure
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills
- Well presented, act as a BLAS ambassador
- Experience in high-volume, takeaway-focused operations
- Experience with workflows and systems to maximise efficiency

Working Hours:
- Weekend availability essential
- Up to 40 hours per week (flexibility available)
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
