We are currently looking for a sharp, reliable, and professional team of Event Crew Members to join us on-site for this massive summer spectacle.
The Roles Available
We are hiring for multiple distinct teams on-site. You will be matched to a specialised team based on your skillset:
- Car Park Marshals: Act as the crucial first and last impression for tens of thousands of music fans, ensuring a seamless, safe, and professional arrival and departure experience in the designated event parking zones.
- Traffic Marshals: Directing and managing the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians on construction sites, public roads, or at major even
- Ticket Scanners: Positioned at the main pedestrian entry gates, utilising handheld event technology to greet guests and accurately process digital check-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic & Flow Management (Car Parks): Securely direct and manage vehicle movements within the event fields to prevent congestion and safely utilize space.
- Digital Check-Ins (Gates): Utilise scanning technology to verify barcodes and tickets smoothly to avoid queue bottlenecks.
- Customer Service: Act as a friendly, visible point of contact for festival-goers, providing clear directions and site infrastructure information with a proactive, positive attitude.
Shift Details & Flexibility
- Robust Hours: Shift lengths range from 8 to 12 hours per day depending on the specific role and operational schedule—perfect for stacking serious hours over a short period.
- Targeted Scheduling: Ideal for student workers, event professionals, or anyone looking for premium summer event hours.
What We Are Looking For

- Attributes: Punctual, highly reliable, resilient, and possess a proactive work ethic.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working on your feet and outdoors in all Irish weather conditions (sun cream or rain jacket ready!).
- Communication: Excellent customer service skills with a neat, professional appearance.
- Experience: Previous experience in events, music festivals, ticketing, stewarding, or hospitality is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 or over due to on-site health and safety regulations.
Mandatory Compliance & Right to Work
EP Team operates under strict regulatory frameworks to mitigate operational risk.
- You must possess and present a valid photographic ID (Passport, UK/Irish Driving License, or Share Code/BRP) to pass our mandatory Right to Work (RTW) check.
- Roster placement is strictly conditional upon passing this digital verification step via the EP Team App and completing our brief skills assessment. No ID, no deployment.
