Forklift/Warehouse Operative
Location: Delivered UK Ltd
Hours: Split Shift – 03:00–08:00 and 16:00–20:00 (Tuesday to Saturday, Overtime available too)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Forklift/Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. This is a split-shift role requiring an experienced individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload trailers.
- Offload incoming trailers during the morning shift.
- Sort parcels accurately and efficiently.
- Load outbound trailers during the evening shift.
- Ensure freight is handled safely and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Carry out daily forklift checks and report any defects.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Undertake general warehouse duties and housekeeping tasks.
- Complete any other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience.
- Ability to work the required split shifts.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
