INTO University Partnerships is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Recruitment Manager to join our Europe and UK recruitment team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international recruitment partners, helping to drive student recruitment across INTO's UK, US and Australian university partnerships and programmes.
Working closely with the VP Recruitment and colleagues across the region, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with recruitment partners, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the achievement of recruitment, enrolment and revenue targets. You will use market intelligence, commercial insight and performance data to drive growth, strengthen existing partnerships and expand INTO's presence across key markets.
The successful candidate will be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from recruitment partners and sponsors to university partners and internal teams. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, analysing performance trends and developing strategies that support sustainable growth.
We are looking for someone with experience in international student recruitment, partnership management, business development or a related field. Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills are essential, together with a proactive and results-focused approach.
