We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our venue. You’ll lead by example on the floor, help manage shifts, motivate the team, and ensure every guest receives a warm, friendly, and professional experience.
This role is perfect for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the FOH team during service
- Open and close shifts, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Deal confidently and professionally with customer queries or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards
- Work closely with management to ensure smooth service

- Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience preferred)
