MJ Children have provided residential childcare services since 1999 . At present, we have a 5 bed home, 'The Birches', for young people aged 6-17, just outside of Whittlesey. We have had a period of development and have now opened another home, 'The Willows' in Spalding. There will be a requirement to work across both sites; the Manager is Dual Registered so you will have the same Leadership Team.

The young people we care for have experienced a traumatic and neglectful early life. We understand the importance placed on our role as attachment figures, working to the therapeutic B.E.A.C.O.N model to provide love, care and support to our young people.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Residential Childcare Worker to support our existing team and our young people, aged 5 to 17.
Shifts patter in:
Thursday - Willows
Friday and Saturday - Birches
Sunday - Willows
Working hours are 22:00-10:00

After successfully passing your probation period salary will increase by £0.50 per hour and we support the completion of your Level 3.
