We're hiring! Delivery Manager - Transform Your Training
We're looking for an experienced and values-led leader to manage our delivery team and oversee the successful delivery of our training programmes.
Transform Your Training works across the UK with charities, public services and corporate organisations to develop and deliver expert, trauma-informed and values-led learning and development services. Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we help individuals, teams and organisations turn learning into action, strengthening practice and creating meaningful, lasting change.
As Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how we deliver training across the organisation. You'll provide leadership and support to the delivery team, oversee facilitator recruitment and support, strengthen quality assurance processes, and help ensure our programmes continue to deliver meaningful impact for learners and organisations across the UK.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll help to develop systems, processes and ways of working that support excellent delivery, continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and make a significant contribution to the quality, impact and future development of our work.
You will:
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to the Delivery Coordinator and Learning & Development Facilitators.
- Support workload planning, prioritisation, performance conversations and professional development.
- Oversee facilitator recruitment, onboarding, allocation, support, workforce capacity and quality assurance.
- Oversee course development and tailoring activity, ensuring content remains accurate, inclusive, engaging and aligned with organisational values.
- Monitor delivery performance, quality assurance activity, feedback, evaluation data and risks to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Help ensure delivery activity meets client requirements, contractual commitments and organisational priorities.
- Develop and improve delivery systems, processes, templates and ways of working.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure delivery activity is well coordinated and effectively communicated.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing, coaching or developing others.
- Has experience overseeing training delivery, service delivery, workforce coordination or operational functions, including supporting or coordinating facilitators, trainers, consultants or freelance workforces.
- Has relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience in leadership, management, learning and development, training operations, project coordination, business administration or a related field.
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Is confident using digital systems, trackers, records, Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools to support planning, communication and quality assurance activities.
- Is confident making decisions, managing risks and driving continuous improvement.
- Builds positive working relationships and communicates with warmth, professionalism and clarity.
- Is proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Shares our commitment to high-quality, values-led and inclusive work.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, domestic abuse, equality, diversity and inclusion, or related frontline services would be advantageous.
- Training 4 Influence is the methodology our services are built on, so experience of this approach or willingness to complete the qualification would be welcomed. We will support the successful candidate to undertake the training if required.
We offer:
- A warm, supportive team where your voice matters.
- Meaningful work that contributes to improving frontline services across the UK.
- The opportunity to shape and strengthen delivery across a growing organisation.
- Flexible remote working built on trust and outcomes.
- Access to Transform Your Training programmes and additional professional development opportunities.
- Wellbeing support.
- Opportunities to grow your leadership, management and operational skills.
