Beal Homes are a private, family-owned residential housebuilder operating across East Yorkshire & Northern Lincolnshire. Having moved to a new, £5M purpose-built office in Hessle, the company is primed for future growth and is now looking for a Sales Manager.
About the Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join Beal Homes. This pivotal role will lead and drive the performance of our Sales Executives across multiple developments, ensuring delivery of reservations and completion targets while maintaining our commitment to five-star customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a passion & energy for developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve reservations and quarterly/annual completion targets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members in line with Beal Homes’ standards, including performance reviews and appraisals.
- Prepare staffing rotas, ensuring effective coverage across sites.
- Ensure compliance with key sales processes, tools, and systems (Salesforce CRM, Single Sales Principles, OneNote)
- Manage underperformance and non-compliance, implementing development plans where required.
- Oversee Salesforce activity and drive continuous improvement in KPI performance.
- Support and contribute to marketing campaigns for current and future developments.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld for customers, staff, and contractors.
- Collate and interpret publicly available market research to support sales strategy.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required.
- Manage new development launches, including full site set-up.
- Propose and coordinate sales releases with the Sales & Marketing Director.
About You
- Proven experience in a new homes or property sales management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Full UK driving licence
