- Support outbound business development activity, including follow-up calls, introductory emails and client check-ins.
- Liaise with clients regarding project progress, upcoming requirements and potential future works.
- Help ensure that opportunities are not missed and that clients receive a consistent, professional service.
- Support tender, framework and supplier registration opportunities where required.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and site/client visits where appropriate.
- Work closely with directors, consultants and administration staff to ensure clear communication across the business.

- Experience in account management, sales, business development or client relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, consultants, contractors, managing agents, schools, housing providers and commercial organisations.
- Organised and able to manage follow-ups, CRM systems and multiple client accounts.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities without using aggressive sales tactics.
- Able to understand technical services and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Professional, reliable and proactive.
- Experience in fire safety, construction, facilities management, compliance, property, housing or professional services would be beneficial.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, email systems and CRM software.
