We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team! Duties
- General cleaning and tidying of the home.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning kitchens, including worktops, sinks, appliances and cupboard fronts.
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers, baths, mirrors and sinks.
- Emptying bins and replacing liners where/when required.
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.
- Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or hazards noticed in the property.
- Respecting the client’s privacy, belongings and confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
- Carrty out any other reasonable domestic cleaning duties relevant to the role.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or domestic roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or hazards clearly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Flexibility to manage own schedules and routes of cleans as they become available.
